Cancellation Policy

• All CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULES loose deposit • IF YOU DIDNT SENT A DEPOSIT AND CANCEL YOUR APPT A 50% FEE WILL BE CHARGED • 50% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS DUE AT TIME OF BOOKING (no exceptions) • DEPOSITS ARE NON TRANSFERABLE If needed to cancel or reschedule, you will be required to send a NEW DEPOSIT • NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF SERVICE (no exceptions) •THERE IS A 10 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD. ANYTHING PAST 10 MINUTES RESULTS IN A CANCELLED APPT • YOU MUST SEND DEPOSIT RIGHT AFTER BOOKING A SLOT. Anything after ONE hour results in a cancelled appt •NO EXTRA GUEST (no exceptions) •MUST CONFIRM YOUR APPT A DAY PRIOR.
